About Me as a Coach



I’m a certified fitness coach, bodybuilding trainer, and martial arts instructor with years of experience. My journey began at the age of 10 with judo, followed by Kyokushin karate at 12, and later kickboxing at the prestigious KITEK-S Club in Moscow. This long path through various combat sports not only sharpened my skills but also gave me deep insight into how to help others achieve their goals—whether it’s improving fitness, building strength, or preparing for a fight.
Currently, I train at MAX FITNESS in Prague 1, where I focus on fitness and bodybuilding, and at PriMMAt Gym Praha on Střížkovská 32B, where I lead martial arts sessions, primarily in kickboxing and MMA. In addition, I coach a group of young fighters who compete across Europe and consistently bring home medals. I’m proud of their dedication and the success they bring to each competition.
My training sessions go beyond physical workouts. I place a strong emphasis on a personal approach, motivation, and tailoring every workout plan to fit each client’s specific needs. Beyond training, I offer personalized meal plans, online consultations, and support to help my clients overcome challenges and feel their best.
Training isn’t just my profession—it’s my lifelong passion. I help my clients tap into their inner strength, reach their goals, and push past their own limits—whether they’re beginners looking to gain muscle or seasoned athletes aiming to refine their technique and win competitions.

My Education and Ongoing Development



I hold certifications in conditioning training, bodybuilding, kickboxing, and MMA. As a coach, I am constantly working to expand my knowledge, whether it’s through new training techniques, nutrition, or sports psychology. I firmly believe that a coach who stops learning stops growing—that’s why I regularly attend seminars, workshops, and courses focused on sports training and nutritional counseling.
My education never ends because I want to provide my clients with the best—the latest trends and scientifically backed methods that lead to maximum results. By doing this, I stay in top shape not only as a coach but also continue to improve as a specialist, helping my clients reach their goals efficiently.

About Me as a Father, Husband, and Person


I’m happily married and a proud father of three—two daughters and one son. My family means everything to me and plays a big role not only in my personal life but also as a source of motivation in my work as a coach. I want to set an example for my children on how to stay active, healthy, and never give up.
My life isn’t just about the gym and fighting, but also about quality time with my family—whether it’s walks in nature, trips, or simply spending time together. These moments recharge me and give me purpose, pushing me to be the best I can be—both as a coach and as a father and husband.
